Last Updated: November 7, 2025

1. Copyright Infringement Policy

JustCollabs (operated by Pivot Core LLC) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Platform.

2. DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our Platform, you may notify our designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:

Required Information for DMCA Notice:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as URL links to the specific content).
  3. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name will suffice as an electronic signature).

Where to Send DMCA Notices:

Email: [email protected]
Subject Line: "DMCA Takedown Request"

Note: You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing your copyright. We recommend consulting with a legal advisor before filing a DMCA notice.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:

Required Information for Counter-Notice:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking a court order against you within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, JustCollabs has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

What Constitutes a Repeat Infringer:

  • A user who has received two (2) or more valid DMCA takedown notices within a 12-month period may be subject to account termination.
  • Users who repeatedly post content that infringes on copyright, even after receiving warnings, will have their accounts permanently suspended.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for egregious violations (e.g., posting large amounts of copyrighted content).

5. User Responsibilities

By using JustCollabs, you agree that:

  • You will not upload, post, or share any content that you do not have the right to distribute.
  • You will not use the Platform to infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you share complies with applicable copyright laws.
  • You understand that JustCollabs is a platform for adult content creators to network professionally, and that sharing copyrighted material without permission (e.g., pirated videos, unauthorized photos) is strictly prohibited.

6. Content Licensing and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. However, by uploading content to JustCollabs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where content has been shared with other users (in which case the license continues only as necessary to maintain the Platform's functionality).

7. Trademark Policy

JustCollabs respects trademark rights. If you believe that a user is impersonating you or misusing your trademark on our Platform, please contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your contact information
  • A description of the trademark and proof of ownership
  • A description of how the trademark is being misused
  • The URL or location of the infringing material

8. Reporting Other Types of Infringement

For issues beyond copyright infringement, please use the appropriate reporting method:

  • CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Report immediately via the in-platform report button or contact [email protected] with subject "URGENT: CSAM Report". We report all CSAM to NCMEC and law enforcement.
  • Deepfakes / Non-consensual AI Content: Use the in-platform report feature with the "Deepfake" category.
  • Harassment, Spam, or Terms of Service Violations: Use the in-platform report feature or contact [email protected].

9. Safe Harbor Compliance

JustCollabs qualifies for the DMCA "safe harbor" provisions under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) because:

  • We have a designated Copyright Agent (listed above)
  • We respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown notices
  • We have a repeat infringer policy
  • We do not have actual knowledge of infringing material until notified
  • We do not directly profit from infringing activity

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright & DMCA Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify users via email or a platform announcement. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
